The house layout is nice. Unquestionably needs some paint, repairing up in several places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no problems about the residence. We liked the price of this house and didn’t count on a whole great deal.

I loved that there ended up 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Grown ups who want to travel together. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it once more or advocate it to an acquaintance.

four The owner replaced the fridge due to the fact our last stay two years ago, which was needed. I feel that the house owner needs to address a couple of challenges. The main complaint that I have with the house is the sliding glass doorways. Most, if not all, of these really need to become replaced. The door which is used the most (from the residing/kitchen area on the rear deck) is extremely tricky to open.

2 This residence is a good location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it really is in serious need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Earlier reviews talked about the outdoor spigot not working - it really is still not working. Therefore the house obtained plenty of sand in it.

four This house is primary but everything worked and we had no problems.  Honestly for the price this house was terrific. It had been comfortable and clean. We would stay here once again.

The residence is as advertised - nothing extravagant on the house but amazing location to the beach. No, the house will not be full in the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't a great deal of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or wreck.

Relished our stay and loved the beach! The house matched the description as did the pictures. We liked going to the nearby quality-buds communities of your “Overlooked Coast”.
